Welcome to our school, which is located outside Castlebellingham, only ten minutes from Dundalk. 

Our school was first established in 1893 but the main building of the school was rebuilt in 1986.

 Since then, our school community has grown immensely and our colourful extension was officially opened by President Michael D. Higgins in 2012. We have seven Mainstream Classrooms and four Special Classes ranging from Junior Infants to Sixth.

We are very proud of our school building, expansive grounds and wonderful playground which is available to all our pupils.

Our excellent facilities include interactive technology in all classrooms, a top of the range sensory room, large playground called Liam’s Park with a basketball court, a soft play area for the Infant classes and a football pitch. Additionally, we have a beautiful walkway through the trees which the children enjoy exploring in all weather.
On site, Kilsaran Preschool offer a fantastic Eche Preschool service that allows children to transition seamlessly into big school 😀.
