Active Flag Ceremony

Today was a very special occasion in Scoil Mhuire gan Smál, where we celebrated the achievement of being awarded our second Active Flag. The whole school gathered to celebrate this special occasion with the Active Committee, alongside Mrs Todd and our special guest of honour (one of our past pupils), TJ Molloy, in raising the flag with pride.
Thank you to Mrs Todd and the Active Committee for all their hard work throughout this process and to TJ Molloy for being our special guest of honour in helping to raise the flag.
There was great excitement in all the classes when TJ went around to meet all our pupils and sign many, many autographs which we're sure will be worth a fortune in the future!  TJ is such an examplary role model to us all, proving that  dedication, hard work and determination is the key to success . We wish TJ the very best going forward and are positive that he has a bright career for the future 💥
