Our school commits to having an Active School Week as part of the annual school calendar. Our school ensures that all ASW activities are planned so that they are accessible by all pupils. The ASF committee invites suggestions from pupils and parents about the design of the ASW programme. In previous years we have had successful Sports Days with running races, sack races, beanbag races, 3-legged races; penalty shoot-out competitions, tug-o-war with 6th class pupils vs the teachers, music played at breaktimes, orienteering on the school walkway, taster sessions from local clubs to name but a few activities. We even had an Active at Home Week during Covid Closures.
